Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
jil4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jil4 does not accept cash deposits or payments through unverified third-party agents.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at jil4's discretion and may vary based on your account verification status and payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. jil4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. The use of jil4 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
